EUROPEAN TRAINERS' TRAINING

The cultures of European countries are rich with differences that should best be understood in order to work well together and quite simply, to understand one another. Of course, although they are less striking than the differences between North Africa and Asia, for example, they are no less real or active… as far as we know! The culture within which each of us has grown up conditions all our ways of thinking, acting, feeling, etc.

Formations interculturelles europeennes

These training courses invite you to explore the essential intercultural aspects surrounding communication, time management, dealing with authority, male-female relations, relations with childhood and education, etc. that are sometimes very different from one another, in other words, to jump from one goldfish bowl into your neighbour’s bowl!

The seminars are residential and firmly experiential, because: “knowledge is experience, everything else is just information” (Einstein). Thus knowledge and understanding are attained through the practice and experience that each person has and integrates into their own story and their own concept of things; the experience is confirmed and complemented by theoretical contributions.
